I have been practicing multiple martial arts for over 25 years now. For the past 18 years, Kungfu have become a very big part of my life and in my personal development. in 2022 I received the title of Shifu in Long Fist and Praying Mantis kungfu (Grandmaster Gao lineage) under the guidance of Shifu Lo. Besides kungfu, I have many years of experience in a.o. Shotokan karate (2nd degree black belt) and judo (brown belt) as well as full contact styles such as Sanda and MMA.
