These 8 basic postures are the bread and butter of our system. They develop leg strength, hip mobility and mental endurance and are meant to be practiced daily. In the beginning they are practiced statically. In a later stage, a practitioner learns how to move dynamically from 1 position into another. These in-between movements are where striking power is generated.
